Manufactured out of Stainless-Steel Pipe of 1” diameter and 1.8 mm thickness，and processed in State-of-the-Art Laser cut machines for Cutting to Lengths，Notching and Bent on CNC Pipe Bending machines
Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residual stresses
The Surface is Electro polished to improve its aesthetic appearance and removal of scratches
The Full Assemblage includes Compatible Hardware，Bracketry，Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin to give it the strength and takes the impact in the event of a fall of the Motorbike (easier and economical to replace in the event of a big fall of the Motorbike)
