Stiff cables that are hard to pull stress your nerves and your tendons.
Frayed cables must be replaced.
SIP recommends replacing regularly，be it in the course of a restauration or during annual maintenance.
We only stock cables of a quality high enough for us to use them ourselves.
They are available as individual cable，or as cable set with housing，or，as an option，with PTFE housings.
They vary in length，diameter，look and colour of the housing.
Some throttle，choke and brake cables are specific to individual models.
Our SIP cable kit for the PK Automatica is a high quality reproduction of the spare part no longer produced by Piaggio.
It’s the right length，ready for fitting，with a threaded rod on the drum end for the adjustment of the brake.
On the brake lever side is a nipple ready to be hooked up on the lever.
SIP-TIP：When swapping the cable with its housing best use the old cable to pull the new one through the frame tunnel.
