Exhaust Connector Manifold Section from SIP PERFORMANCE for permanent sealing and secure connection of PX exhaust systems at the cylinder outlet.
Leaking exhaust systems are a frequent annoyance，especially on PX models.
This problem can be permanently solved with the Exhaust Connector Manifold Section from SIP PERFORMANCE.
The original Exhaust Connector Manifold Section is completely cut off and replaced with the new Flange.
This is placed on the Exhaust Manifold and then welded.
In the case of original exhaust systems，the Exhaust Manifold may need to be slightly adjusted with a Dremel.
An optimum seat is achieved if the flange is first spot-welded in the assembled state and only then welded all around.
The Flange sits floating on the cylinder outlet to prevent damage such as cracks.
Thanks to the internal O-Rings，a perfect seal is still guaranteed.
Conclusion：puts an end to leaking exhaust connections.
The Flange is also a perfect off-the-shelf solution for all do-it-yourself (de)winders.
To prevent damage to the O-Ring，simply apply a little Silicone Spray or Oil to the O-Ring and outlet during assembly.
