The Gear Selector Rod connects the Selector Box with the Cruciform.
During each shift，it positions the Cruciform between the respective gear cogs and thus ensures the frictional connection between the Gear Cog and the Driveshaft.
Only ever use the Gear Selector Rod that matches the transmission and - if necessary - the matching Washer.
Otherwise the gears may jump out.
Note：Secure the Cruciform on the Gear Selector Rod and observe the left-hand thread.
Install gears correctly and space them out exactly，check Cruciform and Selector Box for wear，do not forget new Gearbox Oil.
Daily，parts from original manufacturers such as PIAGGIO or OEM are taken out of production.
This means there is no other alternative to used parts if you need a missing disk，clip or bracket.
Nerve wracking and time consuming at the least，trying to run down those little missing necessary parts.
