M0116 is a high quality of controlled-swell asbestos-free gasket material. It is composed with aramid fibers and inorganic fillers in a rubber matrix，resistant to medium/high temperature and pressures.
It has a good resistance to compression and low gas permeability，and it has an exceptional flexibility.
M0116 is a special quality material with controlled swelling in oil，to be used against oils for joints with low or uneven surface pressure：this property allows M0116 to be leakproof with low or uneven surface pressure.
Recommend use of M0116 for oil-pan，fuel injection pump，cover type，where pressures and temperatures are not very critical，or for side covers and pump covers gaskets.
