Front brake cooling system for Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory 2021/2024.
The brake ducts are entirely made in pre-preg carbon fiber， twill weave 200gr. processed in autoclave with vacuum， technology.
The brake ducts improve the cooling of the front brake calipers and pads offering a better brake performance and brake consistency especially on stress situations as consecutive braking or track use.
Starting from our Ducati V4/S/R project where we got and we’re still getting great results， this product has been developed thank to our collaboration with many teams which are using our parts and it is the result on several test both on street and circuit.
The brake ducts are available with glossy and matte finish and fits on Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory and Tuono V4 1100 Factory 2021/2024.

Laminated with twill carbon pre-preg 200gr.
Autoclaved produced， at 90° and 5 bars of pressure with vacuum technology
Additional reinforcements on all fairings and parts mounting points for greater durability and ease installation
Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the fairings are extremely stronger， smooth and shiny finish
Pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners
Ready to be mounted on the motorcycle， no modifications needed
Only racing use
